This is Brett Smith, the guy who started the group. He went to the Ren Fest for the first time in 1995 and brought home the 31' Starfire Sword Breaker. Just recently married, he lives in Ocean City, Maryland. His weapons include the Starfire as well as:
- A rapier made by Baltimore Knife and Sword (pictured)
- Bowie knife
- Kris
- and a 8' boot knife
